With nothing to lose and everything to gain, Spike Nu is here to shake up the rap scene, with polarizing songs like NWO, Sneaky Link and many more. Nu brings a new sound to music by drawing in and merging the sounds of DC’s own GoGo music, old school, Hip-Hop, and R&B. Nu's cadence allows listeners to feel connected through his narrative style of music.   The filmmaker-turned-artist released his debut project “Terminal B Gate 29,” on June 17, 2022, and has shown no sign of slowing down. Nu had a strong, prominent start in film with a track record of hitting the ground running, his music will be no different.

“I make music for grown people and those who want more out of life.”

Nu was born in Washington, D.C., and raised in Oxon Hill, MD. At the early age of 13, he grew a love for music. Playing the keyboard and becoming the music director, at church, empowered Nu to explore more of the music world.
